Production Technical Assistant (f/m/x) Pulheim

Your mission

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Technical Assistant (f/m/x) in Pulheim who supports the technical and operational execution of our VR and live productions. You will work across all production phases – from preparation to post-production – and collaborate closely with camera, audio and streaming teams to ensure smooth technical workflows on site.

• Technical support for live and VR productions
• Setup, cabling, and operation of production equipment
• Assistance with lighting, camera, and audio setups
• Management, maintenance, and organization of technical equipment
• Support with planning and documentation of production setups and workflows

Your profile

• Technical understanding and first experience in production, events, or broadcast
• Knowledge of camera, audio, or lighting technology
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Interest in innovative production methods (VR, streaming, interactivity)
• Team spirit and hands-on mentality

Additional Requirements:

• Engineering degree (e.g., Media Technology, Event Technology, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
