Aufgaben

This Senior PM role is focused on building B2B products for sellers on the Kaufland Global Marketplace. The primary responsibility is to create solutions that enable sellers to grow their business, expand internationally, and operate efficiently across multiple marketplaces.

In this context, the PM will design and deliver products that improve seller performance, reduce operational complexity, and unlock growth opportunities across the ecosystem.

• You lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products
• You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings
• You gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through user research, feedback, and data analysis
• You analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to continually optimize and enhance the product
• You prepare and present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
• You drive go-to-market strategies, including product launches, positioning, and communication to maximize product adoption and success
• You stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively identify areas for product innovation

• You’ve successfully taken a product from scratch—owning everything from early ideation and concept development to execution and delivery
• You thrive in close collaboration with engineering teams, working hand-in-hand to ship high-quality products fast, iterate continuously, and bring meaningful solutions to life
• You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data
• You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it
• You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different
• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
