Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)
Ninox Software GmbH
Stellenbeschreibung
Who we are
Ninox is a low-code platform trusted by more than 6,000 customers to make everyday work easier. With Ninox, teams build custom software for processes where there is no ready-made solution on the market.
We are currently building the next generation of Ninox – bringing AI and low-code much closer together. It's an exciting phase, and it comes with a big opportunity to shape how our brand shows up in the world.
Tasks
What you’ll do here
We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on content creator. This is not a role for someone who plans and delegates. You will write, publish, and iterate yourself – every week.
LinkedIn is our most important channel right now, and you'll own it end-to-end: strategy, content creation, publishing, and performance. But we're also building our presence on other channels – YouTube, and wherever our B2B audience is. You'll have the space and mandate to experiment, prioritize, and grow beyond LinkedIn as the team and brand evolve.
You'll translate complex low-code and AI topics into content that resonates with business owners, operations leads, and IT decision-makers. You'll be part of a close-knit content team of three – alongside two Content Marketing Managers – embedded in a broader marketing team that includes Performance, Design, and more. Together you'll work closely with Product and report into our Chief Growth Officer.
What you’ll own
LinkedIn content & execution
- Write and publish LinkedIn posts yourself – regularly, consistently, with a sharp B2B voice
- Develop and own the content calendar for LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and company milestones
- Create content across formats: thought leadership posts, product updates, customer stories, short-form video scripts, and carousel concepts
- Ghostwrite for Ninox leadership and subject-matter experts to build authentic executive voices on LinkedIn
- Test, analyze, and iterate – track what works and continuously improve based on data
Multi-channel social strategy
- Own and evolve Ninox's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms – with the ownership and flexibility to prioritize where our audience is
- Translate complex low-code and AI topics into compelling, accessible narratives for business audiences
- Maintain a strong editorial standard while scaling output using AI tools to improve quality, speed, and insight
- Own and execute the social media calendar while ensuring strong alignment with the overall marketing and content strategy
Community, partnerships & amplification
- Create strong synergies between social media and our community spaces, ensuring content formats such as videos, product updates, and thought leadership pieces are distributed and adapted across channels
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to surface customer wins, practical use cases, and authentic voices that strengthen trust and credibility
- Identify and build relationships with relevant B2B creators, low-code advocates, and industry voices to extend reach and add perspective
Performance & optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on social KPIs including engagement, growth, traffic, and contribution to pipeline
- Run structured experiments to improve performance across formats and platforms
- Continuously monitor trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor activity to keep Ninox relevant and differentiated
Requirements
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years focused on B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record of growing B2B audiences and driving measurable pipeline or brand KPIs through social – especially LinkedIn
- You write well and fast. You can produce a strong LinkedIn post yourself, not just brief someone else to do it
- Deep understanding of what works on LinkedIn: format, tone, timing, algorithms, and what drives engagement in B2B
- Hands-on experience managing B2B influencer or partner co-marketing programs
- Confident using AI tools in your daily work to improve quality, speed, and insights
- Data-literate and comfortable working with platform analytics and reporting tools
- Structured, self-organized, and comfortable owning initiatives end to end
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience at a low-code, no-code, or business automation platform
- Familiarity with Ninox or competitive platforms (Airtable, Notion, monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Experience with video production: scripting, shooting, or editing short-form content
- German-language social media experience for DACH market
- Background in building from scratch: you've set up a social program in an early-growth or scaling company
Benefits
What’s in it for you
- We’re growing fast and you can truly make an impact here. At Ninox, we don’t do things just because “that’s how it’s always been.” You’ll work with inspiring leaders who actively support your growth.
- 30 days of vacation plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off
- A beautiful office right next to Museum Island in Berlin Mitte
- Flexible hybrid working model
- Choose your preferred setup: Apple or Windows
- Access to modern tools including premium AI software
- Employer contribution to your occupational pension plan
- Deutschlandticket subsidy
- Access to Wellhub: giving you discounted or free access to gyms, fitness studios, and wellness apps across Germany
- A collaborative, international team with direct access to leadership
